Poll Finds Half of Parents View College Application Process Unfavorably

If your child is a rising junior or senior, odds are good that you’ve started thinking about college applications. And according to a recent poll released by the Robert Morris University Polling Institute, if you’re not happy with the college application process, you’re not alone. The poll, which focused on parents of current college students and college graduates, found that only 54.6 of them felt positively about the application process. The figures were similarly low for parents’ attitudes about the real-world value of a degree and colleges’ emphasis on workforce preparedness. You can read more at Inside Higher Ed.
